Claims Payable....

Hi,

Here are some info about claim :

For JPA :

a. Still Working : Max Claims RM 200.00/treatment (Not include Injection / Medicine)
b. Retired         : Max Claims RM 200/treatment and RM 80 for injection/treatment.

Claims will be process in 1 month.

For Socso Claims :

a. Patient only can claims max RM 150.00/treatment and RM 30.00 for injection twice a week.

Claims will process in 2 weeks or 1 month

For Zakat Claims :

a. Patient that still work : Max claims RM 150.00/treatment and RM 80.00 for injection/treatment
b. Patient that fall under Asnaf  (miskin & tiada pendapatan) : Lembaga zakat will pay the claims as per   charges by centre.

Claims will be process in 1 month

For ING Empoyee Benefits Health Card(Orange Card) :

a. ING will cover all treatment charges and Injection as per charges by centre. Before treatment, ING will fax to centre GL letter for confirmation.

Claims will be process in 2 weeks or 1 month.
