Dear all,
after considering all factor, here are our centre standard charges :
1. Re-Used dialyzer - RM 180/tretment
2. Single Used dialyzer - RM 220/treatment
This charges are applicable for patient that paid by Cash / Cheque .
Treatment is not including drug / injection / any medicine that have been prescribe by our doctor. For this, it will be charge accordingly.
For patient that claims fall under JPA / SOCSO / ZAKAT / INSURANCE / GL, it will be charge follow the respective payor.
